Karen is a Knoxville native and proud University of Tennessee graduate with more than 10 years of real estate experience helping clients buy and sell homes with confidence. She brings deep local knowledge, professionalism, and a steady, thoughtful approach that aligns seamlessly with how we serve our clients.
Before real estate, Karen was a primary school teacher, experience that shows up in her ability to explain complex details clearly, advocate effectively, and keep transactions organized and low-stress. She has a particular passion for working with first-time buyers, retirees, and those downsizing, guiding each client with patience and personalized care.
🥳 Fun fact: Karen is actually the agent who helped us relocate to Knoxville. We didn’t make it easy — we changed direction more than once and were searching during an extremely competitive market — but she handled it all with patience and calm professionalism. We ultimately landed in a home that has been a wonderful fit for our family, which made welcoming Karen onto our team especially meaningful.
Having grown up in Knoxville, Karen has watched the city evolve and considers herself both a local expert and a bit of a Knoxville history enthusiast. She loves helping clients find not just the right home, but the right neighborhood and community to match their lifestyle.
Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, including her children and grandchildren, cheering on the Vols, walking Knoxville’s greenways, hiking nearby trails, and supporting local concerts, events, and businesses.
