Before transitioning into real estate, Karen spent many years as a primary school teacher—an experience that shaped her patient, detail-oriented, and people-first approach. Today, she specializes in working with first-time buyers, retirees, and rightsizers, guiding clients with clear communication, steady expertise, and just the right touch of humor to keep things comfortable and enjoyable.

Karen has watched Knoxville grow and evolve over the years and considers herself a true local expert—and a local enthusiast. As a self-proclaimed Knoxville history buff, she loves helping clients not only find the right home but also discover a community they truly love.

Family is at the heart of everything Karen does. She has two wonderful children, two amazing in-laws (all UT graduates!), and four grandchildren who hold her heart.
