About Lisa Sinclair

An accomplished and experienced entrepreneur, Lisa is savvy in expert negotiating and marketing, as well as having an astute understanding of the local real estate market.  Her attention to detail and problem-solving approach ensures that real estate transactions go to closing with the best possible terms for her clients.  Her first year in Knoxville practicing real estate she was recognized as the #1 sales agent for her brokerage, and continues to be one of the top producing Realtors in Farragut.  As a GUILD™ Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Lisa is part of an international network of real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury market.  She was the top producing agent at Slyman Real Estate in 2021 and 2022.

Utilizing her strong networking and research skills, Lisa is able to find her buyer's hidden, 'off-market' listings, to ensure the perfect homes and lifestyles to fit their needs. She also helps sellers maximize their homes’ value through her creativity and a targeted marketing approach utilizing the most cutting-edge technologies.  Lisa maintains open, honest communications and collaborates with her team of talented experts to deliver exceptional results to her clients. 

Lisa holds a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech and worked in the IT and Management Consulting field before finding her passion in real estate.  A true multitasker, she had 3 boys within four years and immersed herself into her local community.  She stayed active as her neighborhood HOA president, taught religious education at her local church, and served on her elementary and middle school PTO board.  After several years of juggling many different endeavors, she decided it was time to get back to what she loved full time. 

Her experience as a consultant and business owner, along with her fast-growing network in the Knoxville area, has allowed Lisa to serve her clients with skill and confidence.  Exhibiting the highest level of integrity and customer service in all areas of her work, Lisa prides herself in being positive, responsive, and understanding to her clients’ needs during the buying and selling process. As a real estate investor who self manages her own properties, Lisa can advise her clients in both short and long term investment strategies and property management.  Lisa specializes in residential real estate in West Knoxville, making exceptions to travel to other areas where her clients have interests.  

Lisa and her family live in Farragut, TN, and are parishioners at St. John Neumann Catholic Church where they are active members of their community and school. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys working out, bible studies, and watching her three boys participate in baseball, basketball, and cross-country running.
