Seth graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Finance, launching his career with a leading global technology and management consulting firm. His work in this arena provided him with deep expertise in strategic planning, operations, and leadership—skills that would define his career.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Seth co-founded a company that provided strategic planning, consulting, and leadership training solutions to corporate, federal, and small business clients. This venture allowed him to sharpen his ability to guide organizations through complex challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.

His journey didn’t stop there. Seth went on to start a second company, this time focusing on the development of a SaaS software platform designed for operations, planning, and budgeting in the healthcare industry. From the ground up, he built a strong portfolio of hospital systems across the country, demonstrating his ability to create impactful, scalable solutions in a highly regulated industry.

After years of entrepreneurial success, Seth returned to the corporate world, serving as a senior leader in operations for a global company undergoing a significant transformation in preparation for a public launch. His leadership during this critical period was instrumental in guiding the company through the complexities of growth and change.

Recently, Seth made the decision to bring his extensive business skills to real estate, teaming up with Lisa Sinclair in her already highly successful real estate practice. This move was motivated by a desire to prioritize family life while building an excellent local company that reflects their shared values and commitment to the community.

On a personal note, Seth and his family are proud residents of Farragut, TN, and are active parishioners at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. In his spare time, Seth enjoys goofing off with his three sons and their German Shepherd, training in Jiu-Jitsu, and keeping up with outdoor chores around their home.
