Crisp, clear photos will make your property pop online and maximize visual appeal. I work with professional real estate photographers who specialize in making your house look its absolute best through advanced training and specialized equipment. For larger estate homes aerial photography is also available.

Floor plans allow the buyer to visualize how they can use the space for living. 3-D Modeling tours and MOVI walkthrough video may also be part of our marketing plan. With so many buyers purchasing homes from out of state it is important for them to be able to visualize what your home looks like, without being there in person.  

NAAR statistics show that properly staged homes sell faster and for more money. Staging is what creates a “wow factor” when a buyer walks through the door of your property. Staging will capture maximum buyer interest by highlighting the unique features of your house, allowing you to sell faster and for more money. I am both a certified Staging Professional and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association. Complimentary staging is offered to sellers who would like this offering. 

Whether or not an open house is where your buyer comes from, they serve a strategic purpose – aggregating interested buyers in a specific geographic area. Holding an open house is a personal preference and I leave this open to discussion. Not all sellers are open to doing open houses and I respect your decision on whether to hold an open house or not.

I will optimize your home’s Internet presence by advertising your property on many social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, on the Slyman Real Estate website, and on local and global MLS with plenty of photographs and a description of your property. Your home will have it’s own SEO-optimized website where buyers can see floor plans, home tours, and learn more about your property’s features and community.

Beautiful high quality brochures that showcase photos of your home with highlights and updates made to your property will ensure buyers remember your home. Coming soon postcards and other print mailings will be sent out to market your home.
